If you have a My Post account, once you parcel has been sent an Australia Post tracking number will be emailed to you. If you have not received your delivery within 4 working days, please check with your nearest Post Office. We use Australia post standard parcel post. If your order is urgent, please select the Express Post option at check out. We will do our very best to have your order delivered to you as quickly as possible.
LOVING has a firm belief in doing our part to prevent waste by using conscious packaging when and where possible. This means recycling and reusing materials we have received goods in ourselves. Boxes of all shapes and sizes, bubble wrap, paper and tissue. Our earring cards are Eco Balsa Wood sourced from sustainably grown plantations in Australia and Papua New Guinea and our bespoke Gift Box bases are Eco Tubes designed to be sturdy and beautiful and 100% biodegradable.
Depending on your location and the shipping method used, delivery times are between 3 to 7 business days once we have posted them. We try to get orders out as soon as possible but it can take between 1 to 3 business days before your parcel is shipped..
MISSING OR LATE DELIVERY
We recommend that you get in touch via email email@example.com with your order details and we will investigate the status of your order and report back to you.
TRACKING AN ORDER.
A tracking number will be issued one business day after your order is posted. Make sure you have added us to your email contacts so the tracking email doesn’t go to your junk folder.

WHAT YOU CAN DO TO ENSURE YOU RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL SAFELY.
Firstly make sure your postal address is correct on your order. If you need to change your address please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
It’s one of the best things you can do if you order a lot of items online. You can set up your delivery preferences, track your parcels and even change the delivery address during the delivery timeframe.
We really hope you are #LOVING your new pieces, but if not, here's what to do!
Should you change your mind, we will happily refund providing the following conditions have been met:
1. The items with the original receipt are returned within 30 days of purchase.
2. Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Accessories must not have been worn.
3. Change of mind returns do not apply to sale items. Change of mind returns do not apply to earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Return your online order by contacting email@example.com for a returns form. Complete this form and return it along with your item and a copy of your receipt to the “Returns” address which will be provided on the form. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery costs (unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights: e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
Please note: all returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by LOVING. We recommend you send your package registered post so you can track your parcel. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are included. Comments would be appreciated. We do not refund additional packaging costs associated with the return.
Customers will be responsible for shipping charges unless returning an item deemed to be faulty. If an item is faulty please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. Faulty items can be exchanged for another item if that item is in stock or a refund can be provided.
Returns may take up to 10 working days via post, and if a refund is requested, up to 7 additional working days for bank processing. Once we have processed your return we will notify you via the email address you provided with your original order.
We do not exchange product via our online service however you can return the product for a refund and then re-order it if it is still in stock.
